Sundale Garden Village commissioned Covey Associates to project manage the construction of 44 multi residential units. The project consisted of single storey units, townhouse units and 2 and 3 storey units of suspended concrete slab construction. The project involved extensive civil works requiring a high level of supervision and construction management to resolve site issues. Covey’s role was to provide contract administration and site supervision of the building works to deliver the project within the timeframes required for the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
Covey’s have worked closely with the developer to ensure their specific requirements for disabled living units are met.
