Covey Associates specialise in the design, project management and contract administration of manufactured home parks throughout South East Queensland.

We enjoy our continued involvement with the Nature’s Edge team at Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast and are also involved in their newest project at Burpengary.

Forest Glen continues to grow and our team has assisted with works including the completion of a leisure centre, swimming pool area and several walking trails throughout the project’s surrounding bushland. A tennis court and bowling green are also under construction for residents to enjoy by Christmas 2018. Design has also begun on the final three stages of the development with construction expected to take place in early 2019.

Stage 1 of the Burpengary project is also nearing completion, delivering 46 home lots to the market. Most of the infrastructure for the development had to be built as part of Stage 1, including a sewerage pump station, associated rising mains and trunk sewerage mains, plus intersection roadworks. Design of the multi-million dollar leisure centre is underway and its construction will begin in 2018.

Both sites presented several challenges due to the constrained nature of the type of development and the Covey team have worked closely with the developer to creatively and cost effectively overcome each issue.
