The Parklakes 2 Community Park is centrally located within the Parklakes 2 Estate and delivers varying play spaces throughout its 1.4ha footprint. The park is supported by the inclusion of a local café which provides the local community with a meeting place to engage.

The play spaces are designed to cater for a wide range of uses, events and gatherings with the intention to provide local residence with an amazing facility within their neighbourhood. A place for everyone to connect, interact and exchange. The client had a vision to significantly enhance the opportunities for the local community to engage with one another and wished to establish a high quality interactive playground and surrounds.

Covey Associates has been instrumental in the project management, Master Plan development, civil design and documentation, supervision of construction and contract administration for delivering this iconic Sunshine Coast estate.
