• ensuring project performance and staff performance is reviewed periodically to benchmarks set by the Managing Director;
• ensuring that all completed work is reviewed before leaving the office by suitably qualified or experienced staff;
• maintaining the competency and skill of staff at a high level;\
• all project design and documentation will be fit for purpose, as determined by an Independent Assessor – e.g. Building Certifier, Council Approval, etc
• regularly auditing the work of Coveys workers to ensure compliance with company policies by conducting internal audits;\
• responding to client enquiries in a timely manner;
• register and maintain preferred supplier or pre-qualification arrangements with public organisations.

Continuously improving Environmental Management System via consultative forums and audit processes. 

Establishing measurable objectives to ensure continued improvement systems aimed at the elimination of waste, pollution, and environmental hard and reviewing performance against objectives at least annually. 

Providing all employees with appropriate information/training in safe materials and the application of materials in all areas. 

Involving and consulting, where appropriate, employees, Government authorities and regulatory bodies, and clients to identify improved environmental practices. 

Responsibilities 

Our implementation of the management System Standard ISO 14001, whereby our Management System ensures that we set objectives and targets and review environmental objective and targets. In pursuit of these aims and objectives, we undertake to comply with relevant applicable legal requirements which relate to our organisations’ environmental aspects. All our employees, suppliers, and consultants are well informed concerning the practical application of our Environmental Policy, which is opening available to the public
