Parklakes 2 is an innovation in urban development and stormwater management. This greenfield development is treated by a 2,100 m2 floating wetland, which also manages the health of a 5 ha lake system via recirculation.

The Parklakes 2 Community Park is centrally located within the Parklakes 2 Estate and delivers varying play spaces throughout its 1.4ha footprint. The park is supported by the inclusion of a local café which provides the local community with a meeting place to engage.

Good Samaritan Catholic College - Kindergarten, Parklakes 2 - Bli Bli

Covey Associates prepared concept level documentation for the permanent kindergarten at the Good Samaritan Catholic College at Bli Bli. This included civil design and landscape architecture and a collaborative approach with the architect and project team.
