Covey can comprehensively assist you in all areas of town planning. For Show Cause and Enforcement Notices we can help you with any notices received from the local authority, which could be in relation to a missed approval application, or no compliance with an existing condition.

Our support for Ministerial Infrastructure Designation includes preparation, lodgement and management of Infrastructure Designation applications under the Planning Act which can include aged care facilities, water cycle management and education.

We can assist you with Local and State Government advice such as land resumption and road closures, lease conversion applications, submissions to State and Local Government regarding land zoning.

Additionally, we can support you with Preparation of Planning Scheme submissions.

Construction Phase Services
