Covey Associates have been involved with the Sundale Retirement Village at Tewantin, Noosa for a number of years, from its early planning and approvals phase to detailed civil and structural engineering design and construction of the development.

The retirement village will feature a 60 bed care centre, clubhouse, swimming pool and 180 independent living units for residents.

Covey is currently providing construction phase services for the earthworks phase of the development, which involves the importation of 50,000 m3 of fill material.

Internal civil works and external roadworks will be completed in late 2018.
