Covey Associates was involved in the design and management of the construction of a 404 lot manufactured home park located at Queensland’s Bribie Island. An innovative stormwater design and treatment, central to the development, utilises an existing lake that was also constructed under Covey’s direction some years ago.

Close consultation with local Council and stakeholders has ensured maximum yield for the development was reached whilst still achieving all required stormwater treatment targets met Council’s guidelines.

A key objective for this development was to provide outdoor recreation and amenity for residents and the community, inclusive of an includes an $8m leisure centre, a dog park, swimming pool, as well as many accessible footpaths and viewing areas of the appealing lake.

The resulting design of the home park makes the most of island living and its idyllic year round weather.
